The Commercial Street Night Market Returns!

*2024 applications are live*

The Commercial Street Night Market brings life, colour and the sounds of summer to downtown Nanaimo. Over 11 weeks, the Market will host nearly 200 artisan vendors, more than a dozen food trucks, multiple musical entertainers, and a kids’ zone creating a festive family vibe. The Night Market was created to bring locals and tourists into the heart of our city to showcase our local restaurants and businesses. The artisan vendors help demonstrate the creative community you’ll find in the mid-Island.

The Commercial Street Night Market is located on the traditional, unceded territory of Snuneymuxw First Nation and we pay respect for the opportunity to live, work, and host this event on their land.
